BharatPart ("Company," "we," "us," "our") operates the website https://bharatpart.com/ (the "Site") and related tools, including our parametric component search engine and Bill of Materials (BOM) cross-referencing tool (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit or use the Services. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access the Services.

- BOM uploads: the content of any Bill of Materials file you upload for cross-referencing against distributor and manufacturer data.

- Usage data: pages visited, search queries entered, features used, time spent on the Services, and referring/exit pages.
- Device and technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, and device identifiers.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data (such as financial account details, health information, or biometric data) through the Services.

The Services are hosted using Firebase and Google Cloud Platform infrastructure. Depending on our configuration, your data may be stored or processed on servers located outside India, including in the United States or other regions where our hosting provider maintains infrastructure. Where your data is transferred outside India, we take reasonable steps to ensure it continues to be protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
9. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When personal data is no longer required for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.
